The Omega Speedmaster Reduced ‘Schumacher’ series was introduced in 1996. It consisted of a number of ‘Reduced’ Speedmasters with bold dials – yellow, blue and red. The series was discontinued around 2000. Many collectors have the Red, Yellow and Blue bold dials to complete the Ferrari and Benetton Set. Michael Schumacher won all his seven World F1 titles with these teams, which is still a record today.
This watch has held is value brilliantly. In fact I would say its a emerging investment piece as the watch was discontinued in 2000 and prices of this watches have climbed considerably over the past 12 months. If you was to sell on in the near future I think you cannot lose money. It will make a great watch to pass down to a son / grandson one day.
To summarize this is a versatile, robust and attractive sporty looking watch. It will suit most environments and would be a fantastic summer watch.
The original Omega Tyre box will be enclosed as pictured along with everything you can see in the photos.
